At about 12 million square feet Dubai Mall has over 1200 shops ranging from department stores such as Bloomingdales and Galleries Lafayette to the high end designers like Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen in the section known as Fashion Avenue and the Mall is also able to boast housing the world’s largest Gold Souk, which is home to more than 220 jewelry stores.

Thanks to its enormous popularity and humongous size, the mall has become a must see Dubai attraction. The mall is also home to a 22 screen megaplex cinema and SEGA Republic, a huge indoor theme park where Dubai Mall visitors can enjoy various fun filled games. The daily dancing of choreographed fountain system attracts numerous visitors and thrusts water in the air in several different combinations and patterns.
